The new oil 2021 marks the debut of the justpugliafactory olive tree created by Valentina D' Andrea from Lecce. The need to create "our" olive tree arouses from the desire to give uniqueness and authenticity to our product, not only in the quality of the raw material but also in the garment that dresses it, our packaging, the result of continuous creative research. The creative path we shared with Valentina was exciting and intense: finding the right sign to express the majesty and essentiality of the centuries-old olive tree; transmitting the tradition and history of the territory through small details, such as the dry stone wall; and choosing to stick to the colour of the earth with shades of green and the decisive and essential black stroke to give shape to our ideas.
